No two homes are alike. That's why we at EJ Home Watch tailor our services to meet your individual needs.
We start off with a base home watch service that includes a full visual inspection of both the interior and exterior of your home, a check of all systems - which includes running faucets and the garbage disposal, running showers/tubs, checking HVAC equipment, and changing filters. From there, you can add concierge services as needed, and only when you need it - including, but are not limited to:
Vendor Access and Coordination
Emergency or After-Hours Visits
Package Retrieval
Hurricane Preparedness, Including Storm Shutters
We service homes in the Winding Cypress, Naples Reserve, Lely, and Falling Waters Beach Resort communities.
